I'm not going to even try to blog on this topic, because NH Online has done an outstanding job, except to say that Town residents should be very concerned about the operation of their government . . . and to give you the links.. . .
I would like to commend the author of these topics. It sure makes me feel good that we have a person(s) who are looking out for the town residents of New Hartford.
It is equally disconcerting to realize we have a bunch of elected politicians and a police chief who appear to be non-compliant with both the law and peoples' wishes.
Shame on these elected politicians and especially, Police Chief, Raymond Philo. Maybe he too, should be investigated like the on-going investigation of the New York Mills Police Chief?
Seeing as how philo refused to accept this letter in the first place, and seeing as how reed never responded to the letter either, perhaps the officer charged with stalking is philo himself and reed is doing his best to cover the tracks, hoping it will just go away.
If it is true as I theorized above, it would certainly explain why reed would feel that this poor woman was "bothering [them]."
