Congratulations to all responsible for this project. Utica sure can use more people who want to improve the city without looking to just run another scam at the city's expense.
Shut it down. People seeing the sign from the Thruway will break the sound barrier hightailing it past the Utica exit.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here ...
Great now the last few tourists who stop here by mistake are gone
