Perhaps no one could have prevented this loss. We will never know. What we do know is that we are spending millions on economic development with no positive results in job growth and replacement for those jobs lost. All funnel into casino employment, leave the area or go on the dole. The area needs a complete change in our politics and job development personel and structure. What we have now has failed time and time again yet we keep "feeding" it.
