Migration from high-tax states to states with lower taxes and less government spending will dramatically alter the composition of future Congresses, according to a study by Americans for Tax Reform . . .No doubt New York's seats will be taken out of Upstate, because New York's policies have been more toxic to the Upstate economy, driving people away.
New York and Ohio are likely to lose two seats each. . .
Don't be surprised to see our local congressional district significantly enlarged - - - or broken up and combined with others.
