Cathy at NH Online caught the OD dead on regarding the Police Commission issue: Separating fact from fiction...
Much is being made in the press of an alleged 1982 Memorandum of Understanding between the Town and Village of New Hartford when their police forces were consolidated . . . that maintenance of the Police Commission was allegedly a condition of the merger.
Why have we not seen this memorandum if it is so important . . . if it even exists? . . . if it ever was executed?
