Eight Million Gallons . . .

Eight Million Gallons ! . . . That's the amount of water used to fight last night's fire at the FX Matt Brewery, according to the Rome Sentinel.

Aren't we lucky that this did not happen during last September's water crisis . . .

Just think if NYS Canal Corp. "temporary resolution" was apporved. NYS canals would of received $240 and Erie Boulevard Hydropower $440 from the water authority for the Brewery fire.
"For every 1,000 gallons of water drawn, MVWA would pay 3 cents to Canals and 5.5 cents to Erie Boulevard Hydropower."
